  WARNING! NO GOOD TO INSURE WITH.
  Was with this company for more than 7 years and don't know why.
  Customer Service Appalling.
  Claims Area Atrocious.
  Every year when you need to renew your vehicle you have to constantly check they have not ripped you off again as there online quotes are cheaper than your renewal policy so you have to constantly complain why your renewal quote is more expensive than the online quotes for exactly the same details.
  Even when you have had NOT AT FAULT CLAIMS THEY STILL TRY TO CLAW BACK THE MONEY BY QUADRUPLING YOUR RENEWAL THE FOLLOWING YEAR. HAD ENOUGH OF THEIR TACTICS.

  I totally agree with the negative comments. We were delayed in Melbourne sufficiently that we missed a connecting flight to Copenhagen and so lost one night of prepaid accommodation. Allianz claim the airline should look after their planes better. Steer clear of this lot.

  I have been a customer of Allianz for a number of years with a car insurance policy. I have made a couple of minor claims which were all dealt with seamlessly. Just recently I cancelled my policy as I sold our second car but forgot to do it until a couple of month after. Their customer service team were very understanding and upon sending my proof of sale, refunded the full amount. I will move my other car to Allianz when the renewal is due next month. 10 out of 10
