  Hi Owner，
  You asked me contact your customer service. Processing fee was refunded. However your customer service could not show the accounting evidence to support the charge of toll fee. They did not reply now. Please explain.

  This was the worst experience our family have had.
  Our family travel 4 times a year in Australia. Every time, we rent a car.
  We had never been charged fees like these.
  
  $8.83+$76.05+$3.86+$76.05+$3.24+$76.05=$244.08
  We were told in email after we were back to Sydney they charged toll fee and Apollo processing fee $76.05! They charged me 3 times processing fee in a minute.
  
  When I picked up the car, they were trying to sell toll fee package, insurance, road assistance, cleaning service. We had to buy road assistance. We were told we need to do cleaning if we do not pay about $80. We did cleaning before we returned the car. But we were told we need to clean outside too. We were told toll fee package is $39. We did not buy. Toll fee is very cheap, why do we pay $39. After we came back to Sydney, we were told they paid toll fee also have charged us processing fee $75. I did not receive any invoice about the charge and there is no document to prove how much toll fee incurred.
  I just had holidays at Gold Coast last December. Toll fee each time is only $0.75. Retal car company just charged one by one. No processing fee at all.
  When we picked up Apollo, why don't you tell us about the processing fee.? How much is your hourly labour rate? Is it $228 per minute?
  It's really ridiculous! Too much hidden fees.
