  Kate introduced me to AT a couple of years ago when we started working together. The practice appears subtle but is very effective and regular sessions have helped improve my posture and reduce neck and shoulder tension. She has also supported my recovery from surgery and accidents with movements and 'homework plans' that encourage healing whilst maintaining flexibility. Kate's approach is educational, caring and professional.

  After one session with Sharon, I now have a much greater understanding of how my posture has a huge effect on my daily well being. It's now been a week since I saw her and I am still mindful of her subtle but effective work and message.... so much so, that I have already referred a colleague to her who has issues with back pain due to the type of sedentary job he has every day.

  What a difference I have noticed in my health as well as my work as a conductor. Kate is fantastic to work with and really devotes a lot of attention during each consultation. Her explanations are clear and thorough. I have no hesitation recommending her.
