  I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Cycles Galleria - QV and Bourke St with special mention to Josh. I was made to feel so welcome every time I entered the store and the crew helped me out so much, always with a smile on their faces. It's been an absolute pleasure buying my bike off you guys and I look forward to seeing you more when I next come in! 100% recommended! :)

  I'm writing to make complaint regarding unskilled service from Cycles Galleria.
  
  3 weeks ago, I bought mudguards and flashlights at this store and asked a staff (I know this staff's name but don't want to mention it here) to set the mudguards on my bicycle.
  
  He didn't look the manual for mudguards and seemed bit struggling to fasten the guards. I was worried because what he was doing on my bicycle seemed unprofessional. In my perspective, he used too much force just for fastening mudguards. So I asked him "Don't you need to check the manual?" Then he answered me "Not a problem. When these set up, you don't have to worry about it."
  
  Then today, 3 weeks later, rear mudguard is broken. Plastic pin of joint is tear off. When it was fastened, too much pressure was taken on it so it cannot stand just for 3 weeks from my purchase. Even one of the professionals in Cycles Galleria did the job for me.
  
  I'm disappointed by this unpleasant experience. How can I recommend this shop for my friends? I will not recommend this shop for everyone.
