  Walked in on Monday and was warmly greeted however was not offered to help me find what I was looking for. No worries, I found the shoe. Looked around the store to get some assistance - 1 eye contact (she was not even assisting anyone) and I was ignored, no smile, no acknowledgement. Awkward... I had to interrupt a conversation between two employees to ask for help in getting my size. Then comes to paying - it looked like there were two checkout stations and one had a customer (there was a problem with the transaction). While waiting in line one employee standing behind the other checkout counter looked at me and we returned smiles. No question about whether I needed help, no mention of how long I’ll be waiting or WHY she couldn’t check me out with the other counter? I automatically assumed maybe this other checkout counter isn’t working and I’ll just have to wait for this customer to be done. After waiting for around 15 minutes this other employee asked me if I was alright, to which I told her I was just waiting to pay (as though it wasn’t obvious enough?). She then walked away and a couple of minutes later returned and asked me which was my item and proceeded to process my sale on the other checkout counter which was not occupied all the while I was waiting, and there were all these employees just standing around the store not assisting anyone.
  
  Would have been a 5 star if I was offered basic customer service which is to have eye contact, acknowledgement and offered assistance immediately.
