  We booked looking at the number of TripAdvisor reviews, we made the mistake of not filtering by quality of review as most of the 5/5 do not particular have a profile. Possibly created by staff. And the ones that have stable history are fairly negative. We're hoping people read ours and do their own research before investing money and time to a negative business.
  
  My friend Denise and I attempted to book a massage a few times and each time it was confirmed followed by a call to say it had been double booked. When we were unable to meet their days (mostly weekdays, which the majority of us work thank you Ali) staff became agitated. I was very confused as one incident we booked 6 weeks ahead as it was Denise's birthday weekend which was cancelled a week prior. I am happy to be flexible, but staff are quite attacking and are happy to flip clients off.
