I came back first time after a few weeks with lot of complaints on that pair of glasses, and was sent back home to see how they feel after fixes. The situation repeated about 6 times. Last time I demanded a new frames, I was told it's been more than 3 months and they won't exchange it. The "3 months satisfaction" police is false advertising, as I was sent away when I complaint within 3 month from the purchase date. I will complain to Specsavers headquarters, then consumer affairs. The worst spend $450 in my life. The quality was terrible since the start. If you consider Specsavers you should really reconsider. Careful with this store, extremely rude manager.
I was offer to buy another pair of glasses with 50% discount.... LOL.
