  I recently purchased my engagement ring at Thomas Jewellers and was served by Nancy. Nancy was very attentive and helpful and she patiently answered all of my queries, as well as recommending other pieces that she thought I might like. Nancy was never pushing me to buy anything (I don’t like pushy sales people), but was readily able to assist with what I was after. I was so happy with her service that I ended up buying not one, but four diamond rings from the store. The next day, I even brought my sister in and she ended up buying a diamond ring based on Nancy’s recommendation as well.
  
  When my husband needed to have his wedding ring re-sized, we were having problems with this until we went into Thomas Jewellers. We’d been told by other jewellers that it couldn’t be done, as the ring needed to be re-sized significantly, but Vanessa took one look and assured us that it would not be a problem. Vanessa’s knowledge about jewellery is second to none and along with how she went out of her way to look after us, she definitely made us feel very special. We were very impressed by how quickly and professionally Vanessa handled the entire process and my husband even commented “this lady really knows her stuff.”
  
  The after sales care is fantastic as well, I can pop in anytime to have my rings cleaned free of charge and Nancy and Vanessa always take the time to say hello and welcome me back to the store.
  
  In summary, the customer service I have received from both Nancy and Vanessa has been nothing short of outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Jewellers to all of my friends and family.
